Role Overview Maintains an organized and sanitized environment in break rooms and common eating areas. Assists with meeting luncheons.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Up to two years of relevant experience preferred
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Ensure office breakrooms and communal areas are consistently stocked through daily inventory and replenishment of supplies.
- Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, floors, microwaves, and refrigerators, as needed, throughout each day.
- Assist with ordering breakroom and cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Review the daily meeting calendar and support onsite luncheons, including cleanup and proper waste disposal.
- Support preparation and cleaning of employee workstations and office spaces.
- Perform relevant duties as assigned.
