The Facilities Attendant helps maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our clinic sites. From minor repairs and landscaping to supporting safety initiatives and responding to facility needs, this role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare facility or related experience
• Possess a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable to drive MCHC vehicles

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related experience

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, including preventative care for HVAC and other systems
• Support installation, repairs, and upkeep of facility equipment
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
• Assist with office moves, conference room setups, and special events
• Pick up, deliver, and transport supplies or equipment between locations
• Respond promptly to facility requests and provide excellent customer service
