What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the primary steward of our global headquarters, directly influencing the daily experience of our workforce by managing a massive 250,000 square foot campus. Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience in a large-scale corporate environment (100,000+ sq ft).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing both internal staff and external vendor teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in building codes, safety regulations, and modern facility management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration.
  • Advanced experience with Google Suite and sophisticated Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead complex facility projects, including office renovations and infrastructure upgrades, while managing resources and risk.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of maintenance, custodial, and security professionals to ensure peak operational performance.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships with external vendors, overseeing contract performance and service level agreements to ensure top-tier quality.
  • Mastermind the daily operations of advanced building systems, including BAS, access control, and electrical grids, to minimize downtime.
  • Drive financial excellence by managing operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining strict financial controls.
