The anticipated salary range for this position is $75k - $80k annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. Position Summary The Facilities Supervisor plays a critical role in the safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance of more than 250 locations across the United States. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, upkeep, and readiness of the company’s facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and professional environment that supports business operations, customers, and internal teams. This role provides leadership across facility operations, vendor management, space planning, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Fianance or Real Estate
  • 4+ years in Facilities Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Vendor management and budgeting experience.
  • Experience in Project Management and Vendor Management
  • Understanding of building systems and safety compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred to haved previously worked in Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring buildings, grounds, and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Review lease requirements with local leadership to confirm facilities maintenance responsibilities.
  • Manage and track preventive maintenance programs at applicable sites and respond to emergency issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist business operations with selection, execution, and ongoing relationships with external vendors and contractors (HVAC, electrical, janitorial, pest control, security, etc.).
  • Partner with key stakeholders to negotiate service agreements and manage vendor performance where applicable.
  • Coordinate opening or closing facilities, operations conversions, renovations, and space reconfigurations including ensuring the workspaces are move-in ready and compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead regular discussions with key stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met timely.
  • Oversight of the individual facility budgets, tracking and processing of expenses, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Provide high-level cost guidance to Real Estate for facility capital expenditure requests.
  • Identify opportunities to create a facility space program for efficiency, sustainability, and facility improvements.
