Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Basic knowledge off hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holiday.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate planned maintenance, inspections, repairs, and complex troubleshooting activities in compliance with safety and HSE standards.
Manage day-to-day facility maintenance operations, providing leadership and direction to internal maintenance staff and supervising overall facility condition and performance.
Establish, implement, and maintain standards and procedures for operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and service providers; review, approve, and maintain documentation, work orders, proposals, and completed paperwork.
Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance projects and medium-scale capital improvements, including budgeting, expenditures, and major maintenance initiatives.
Obtain, evaluate, and manage vendor quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and project timelines.
Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, inspections, and failure analysis as required.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, equipment, technologies, and service improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal departments to support facility modifications, equipment changes, space reconfigurations, and operational projects.
Ensure facilities meet regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for a safe workplace.
Develop and communicate consolidated reporting on budgets, financials (monthly and quarterly), contracts, and maintenance activities.
Monitor work order status, ensuring timely completion and service quality.
Lead safety initiatives and participate in safety committees to promote compliance with SOPs and HSE policies.
Ensure consistent attendance and operational availability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
