About The Position

Rochester Recovery Behavioral Health, part of Sunshine Behavioral Health, is a voluntary, residential behavioral health treatment program located in Rochester, MN. Dedicated to transforming lives, the facility serves clients aged 18-65 with a mission to achieve sustainable sobriety, guided by core values of passion, integrity, dedication, and service. The organization is seeking a Maintenance Lead (Facilities Supervisor) to ensure the property is well-functioning, clean, and orderly. This role involves maintaining the operational aspects of the facility, completing duties assigned by the Executive Director, and managing all facility documentation logs.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in supervisory role.
• Current CPR or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Execution of work orders for on-time completion and to high standards of quality.
• Communicate with supervisor and other department heads to coordinate the scheduling of assigned work orders.
• Daily adherence to accreditation stands and ensure all facilities areas and equipment are maintained.
• On-call response during hours of operation.
• Execution of preventative maintenance calendar schedules for all building systems.
• General janitorial and groundskeeping duties.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties, as assigned.
