Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the most efficient layout of plant and its maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 4 years

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of para-professionals responsible for maintenance of relevant facility / facilities ensuring that operating requirements, building codes and safety regulations are met.
  • Apply strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to interpret schematics, coordinate cross‑functional work, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of facilities initiatives.
  • Manage facilities policies, vendor qualifications, and contract approvals while ensuring alignment with QMS, EMS, FDA, and all other regulatory requirements.
  • Implement facility maintenance standards, inspection routines, and Lean/Six Sigma–driven continuous improvement practices to identify recurring issues and drive long‑term, root‑cause solutions.
  • Perform and supervise skilled maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure reliability, uptime, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead facilities planning, construction, space allocations, and maintenance operations through effective oversight of internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
