The Facilities Staff performs, with general supervision, a variety of semi-skilled to skilled work inspecting, maintaining and repairing property, plant and equipment to ensure that students, staff and the community are provided a safe, attractive and clean, and healthy environment for learning and work. The Facilities Staff has experience in operations of or general building trade skills. Understanding and practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and HVAC systems. Must possess good communication and customer-service skills. Must be knowledgeable of and follow safety rules, regulations and policies.
