About The Position
POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for all Credit Union Buildings. Provides professional service at all levels of operation. Keeps management well informed of area activities and maintains all related records.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
- Able to perform but not limited to the following skills: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and minor building.
- Able to work well independently and handle multiple project/assignments.
- Able to use hand tools and power tools.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 3 years related grounds and maintenance experience preferred.
