About The Position

Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is growing its operations team at North River Ranch and is seeking Facilities Specialists to join our talent pipeline. While this role may not be immediately filled, we are building a strong candidate pool for current and future opportunities as the community continues to expand. The Facilities Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and resort-quality environment across our amenity spaces, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a well-maintained and welcoming community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, custodial services, or general trades (HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills REQUIRED.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and hand tools.
  • Professional communication skills and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily custodial and maintenance tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout amenity spaces, including fitness areas, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and promptly address maintenance needs.
  • Complete light repairs such as painting, carpentry, lighting, and basic plumbing tasks.
  • Maintain exterior areas, including trash removal, pressure washing, and general outdoor grooming.
  • Replace HVAC filters and light bulbs; assist with equipment and supply inventory.
  • Follow and document daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Report safety hazards, damage, and facility concerns to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Amenity Operations and Lifestyle Programming.
  • Preferred if you can build backdrops for events and other Program and Event accessories.
