As a new Facilities Specialist at FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK, you can expect a structured and engaging routine from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular inspections of bank facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards. You will coordinate maintenance requests, manage vendor relationships, and oversee any facility-related projects. Additionally, you will assist with space planning and organization, contributing to a productive work environment. You'll be expected to address any facility issues promptly, utilizing your problem-solving skills to maintain a seamless operation. Collaborating with various teams will be key, and you'll play an integral role in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients.
