The Student Facilities Service Assistant provides support for routine, low-impact operational tasks within the department. This position assists with maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities while also supporting administrative functions such as professional correspondence and record keeping. Key Responsibilities: • Perform low-impact maintenance tasks to assist with building actives • Assist with general upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment • Support basic repair projects under supervision • Maintain accurate records of completed work, supplies, and maintenance activities • Assist with inventory tracking and organization of tools and materials • Draft and respond to professional correspondence as needed • Provide general administrative support, including filing and documentation • Follow all safety guidelines and report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
