About The Position

Our Facilities team plays a vital role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and overall appearance of every building on our property. Working closely with the Facilities Director, this position helps keep the club running smoothly behind the scenes. Daily responsibilities vary and may include maintenance tasks, basic repairs, equipment upkeep, grounds support, and responding to facility needs as they arise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
Positive, professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, members, and guests.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and rooftops.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the functionality, cleanliness, and appearance of all Club facilities in coordination with the Facilities Director.
Perform general maintenance tasks, including wall repair and painting, light bulb replacement, and carpet cleaning.
Support grounds upkeep, including clearing walkways, operating blowers, and assisting with storm clean-up.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including: Rooftop unit (RTU) filter changes Condenser cleaning Cooler and freezer maintenance Ice machine cleaning and upkeep
Assist with installation of new equipment and removal of outdated or non-functional equipment.
Support pool facility operations, including: Testing and monitoring pool chemical levels Inspecting pump operation and performance Ensuring safety equipment is present and in proper condition
