About The Position

Reporting directly to the Director, Facilities Management, this person’s role will be to assist with any and all areas of facilities, with a focus to help with the overall upkeep of the office. On any given day they could be tasked with helping in the mailroom, helping the cleaners, maintenance, or wherever they are needed. Requirements

The candidate should have a high school diploma or its equivalent and 3 years of employee services and/or mail room related skills and experience.
Exceptional communication within, between and among facilities / employees services groups is very important.
The ability to communicate to the employees he/she will be servicing is a must.
