Maintenance Planning & Scheduling jobs for piping systems for Pipe, Boiler, and Fabrication Crews: Perform Job planning, materials and labor estimating, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling work for repair, installation, and Preventive Maintenance activities. Prepares methods, manning estimates, material packages and schedule coordination for completion of jobs. Performs technical correspondence with vendors. Researches, writes purchase specs, arranges and expedites deliveries, monitors and replenishes inventories for work crews. Perform Job Hazard Analysis and coordinate risk mitigation (such as equipment Lock Out Tag Out, Dig Safe, Fall Plans), and personal protective equipment (PPE) are understood and established to ensure safe job sites for planned jobs. Assist in new system’s installation planning, and maintenance strategy development. Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage repair and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work-order through development, progressing, and completion. Occasional direct supervision of jobs and work crews as needed. Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet customer project commitments. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others and have a positive attitude.
