About The Position

Our Facilities Planner plays an integral role in providing planning and programming services for renovation and construction projects across Main Line Health. Your responsibilities would include: Prepare space programs defining spaces, departments and square footage to be utilized in design solutions, including room-by-room space programs for departments to determine the type, quantity, and size of all existing and proposed rooms and spaces required to meet departments’ future needs. Prepare functional architectural planning solutions including block diagrams, stacking diagrams, adjacency plans and conceptual designs. Consults with department heads and administration to develop project programs, budgets, scope of work, plans and schedules for renovation, equipment installation, new construction projects and feasibility studies Work with project management or cost consultants to develop appropriate estimates of probable cost for planning solutions Develop and Grow your Career! Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare design
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel between Main Line Health facilities as needed
  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, or similar background

Responsibilities
