The Operations Manager is responsible for managing integrated facilities services, work orders, system ownership, utilities uptime and prime customer experience for operational activities and issues. The role will ensure all basics of safety, compliance, maintenance and operation of building systems, and ensure innovation requirements are met within the controlled environments. Managing and tracking the customer relationship to ensure success. Additionally, this position will provide facilities support including building inspections, work order creation, vendor engagement and setup, field walks, quality assurance and associated reporting and follow up as necessary.
