St. Joseph’s Villa is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Facilities Manager to work under the direction of the Director of Facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that all buildings and grounds are properly maintained by scheduling, directing, and performing maintenance work while supervising maintenance staff. All work is performed within an organizational, systems-based framework and in close collaboration with other Villa programs and services. The Facilities Manager supports St. Joseph’s Villa’s mission by ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and organizational standards.
