About The Position

Premier Care Dental Management is offering an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast-growing, high-paced Dental Clinical Organization (DCO) with practices across the Northeast territory. This opportunity will enable you to utilize and grow your skillset in Facilities, M&A implementation, growth strategy, and more. This role is in-person and currently requires travel between all sites across our Pennsylvania territory. OUR POSITION The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities across 20+ practices in the Pennsylvania territory (rapidly growing). This position reports directly to our Director of Facilities, accountable for budgeting and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials, and other related costs. The Facilities Manager is in charge of all matters relating to practice maintenance, custodial services, construction, renovations and more.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in multi-site Facilities Management required - ability to travel within territory
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft email/applications and working with digital ticketing system.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Extraordinary customer service, communication skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
  • Project management efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Managing the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
  • Budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates - reporting and tracking expenses with appropriate departments.
  • Inspects construction and installation progress.
  • Responding to office issues/inquiries in a timely manner - managing requests through digital ticketing system.
  • Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
  • Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment.
  • Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
  • Ensures compliance with leases (maintenance, etc.).
  • Supervises various contracting crews, including janitors and building maintenance personnel.
