The Facilities Manager leads facility operations, including the planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. This role establishes and executes facility strategy to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable environment that supports production and business operations. This role directly leads and develops a team of maintenance and facilities personnel, setting expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring execution across all facility-related activities. The Facilities Manager oversees building systems and infrastructure across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building systems, ensuring strong equipment reliability and cost effective performance. The role sets priorities, allocates resources, and ensures work is executed effectively through a combination of internal teams and external partners. It also supports long term facility planning, including capital improvements and infrastructure upgrades, and partners with site leadership to align facility strategy with business priorities and operational needs.
