Requirements

3+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a high-intensity manufacturing or warehouse setting.
A solid understanding of mechanical systems and a hunger for improvement—CFM certification or an Engineering degree is a major plus.
Exceptional planning and negotiation skills to manage budgets, contractors, and complex construction projects independently.
A safety-first mindset, a positive team-oriented attitude, and the flexibility to adapt as our company redefines the industry.
Ability to use various hand tools and equipment to address immediate facility needs.
Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, pinching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to meet the full scope of physical demands required to inspect and maintain a large-scale industrial site.

Responsibilities

Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with speed and accuracy to ensure zero downtime for our production teams.
Proactively identify ways to optimize facility workflows, manage refurbishments, and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
Maintain a safe, compliant workspace by supervising vendors and ensuring all infrastructure meets rigorous regulatory standards.
Work closely with leadership and operations to align facility support with broader business goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
