The successful candidate will demonstrate strong operational leadership, the ability to influence and coordinate remote teams and external partners, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires critical thinking, problem-solving without explicit instruction, and proactively identifying and implementing solutions in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
