What You’ll Do As a facilities maintenance tech you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. You’ll get to: Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our plant and grounds Maintain the exterior appearance of the plant, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor leaks. Repair leaking pipes, toilets, and faucets and clear blocked toilets, sinks, and drains Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, and break rooms, wiping down walls and surfaces, clearing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and other areas Assist the maintenance team with various tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies. Assist with special projects, such as plant expansions, renovations, or equipment installations. Perform other tasks and projects as needed or assigned by management to support the maintenance and facilities operations. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance or facilities experience: 1+ year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
• Possess basic trade skills, such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Possession of certifications in a trade skill or maintenance-related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
