About The Position
Facilities Maintenance Technician – Part-Time (Monday through Friday 8am-3pm) We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership building and grounds running smoothly. If you’re good with tools, don’t mind getting dirty, and take pride in fixing things the right way, this job’s for you.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Maintenance experience (facility, construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, professional, and shows up ready to work
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
- Exposure to weather, noise, and typical maintenance hazards
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs (lighting, doors, drywall, basic plumbing & electrical)
- Perform routine HVAC tasks like filter changes and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect buildings and equipment to prevent bigger issues
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests
- Assist with seasonal outdoor work
- Work with outside contractors when needed
- Keep the work environment safe and OSHA-compliant
- Track completed work and report major issues to management
- Help with event setups and facility changes
