About The Position

Hinderer Motor Company is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings and grounds in top shape. This is a steady, full-time position with a consistent Monday–Friday day shift — no nights.- only occasional after-hours or weekend work if an urgent issue arises. We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds keeping
• Snow and ice removal during winter months
• Basic repairs (doors, locks, lighting, windows, etc.)
• Light plumbing work (clogs, leaks, toilets, faucets)
• Identify and report electrical or maintenance issues
• Keep track of supplies and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and help keep things running smoothly
