O&A - Facilities Maintenance Tech - Full Time
About The Position
We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our automotive dealership locations clean, safe, and well-maintained and any other offsite locations! This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided — perfect for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn new skills. What You’ll Do: Help with basic plumbing repairs and upkeep, including car wash systems Assist with painting and small carpentry tasks to keep our buildings looking great Take care of outdoor areas — changing light bulbs and general upkeep Use aerial lifts (up to 25 ft) for maintenance tasks after training Spot problems early and take steps to fix them Take part in a simple skills test and interview as part of the hiring process What We’re Looking For: No particular experience needed — we’ll train the right person Must be willing to learn and take initiative Positive attitude and good work ethic Comfortable working with your hands and using tools Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to safely operate equipment after training Ability to work indoors and outdoors Previous experience in facilities maintenance or similar role preferred but not required.
