Learn more about our benefits here! Where is the work: This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our Minneapolis, MN facility and is considered safety-sensitive. Job Summary: The Facilities / Maintenance manager is responsible for the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including HVAC, building lighting systems, production lines, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards to support operational efficiency and safety. The manager is also tasked with developing and implementing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The goal is to minimize downtime, extend the lifespan of assets, and support the organization's operational objectives through proactive and efficient maintenance practices.
