BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for effectively managing and directing the day to day maintenance activities of a property. This position monitors and maintains all building mechanical and electrical systems and manages the daily work order system. The Facilities Maintenance Manager initiates, performs and oversees all maintenance projects on their assigned buildings. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve.
