POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, Safety, Compliance & Loss Prevention, the Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight to the Maintenance team. This role supports engineering initiatives (including warehouse and racking layout changes), continuous improvement efforts, capital project execution, and comprehensive facility maintenance operations. Responsibilities include equipment diagnostics and repair, installation of machinery and equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring overall cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of all facilities.
