Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of five or more years of relevant facilities maintenance experience, requires knowledge of general maintenance skills and minor electrical/plumbing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization
  • Knowledgeable on occupational hazards and standard safety practices
  • Operational knowledge of the characteristics of mechanical equipment and tools used in the area of work assigned

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections across all credit union facilities, vehicles, and equipment
  • Prioritize work orders, track projects, and maintain organized records
  • Monitor and restock supplies for all branch locations
  • Support furniture installations, relocations, and workspace changes
  • Conduct monthly building inspections and make necessary repairs
  • Clean and maintain ATMs monthly; assist with new ATM installation
  • Assist with setup of new branch locations, including janitorial, moving logistics and marketing support
  • Manage credit union storage facility operations and item transport
  • Actively serve on the Disaster Recovery Team and participate in preparedness exercises
  • Ensure all assets meet safety regulations and follow proper safety procedure
  • Develop and maintain written maintenance procedures and policies
  • Coordinate with external vendors for janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, security, signage, and plumbing services
  • Comply with safety protocols for hazardous materials storage and disposal
  • Support branch safety during winter months, including de-icing of walkways and parking areas
  • Perform additional duties as required to support facility operations
