About The Position

The Facilities MAC Supervisor coordinates and oversees furniture moves, workspace reconfigurations, and campus events across Apple facilities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in workplace coordination, vendor management, and team supervision. This hands-on leader will both supervise staff and manage operational procedures while ensuring alignment with business partner needs. Proficiency with relevant software applications and a passion for exceptional workplace experience are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Moving, Adds and Changes team or similar environment.
• 2+ years of experience as a team supervisor with in-house staff or vendor partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
