About The Position

Our Janitorial Team contributes to the overall success of our business by ensuring that our showrooms and other areas are thoroughly cleaned and kept tidy, providing an environment that is visually pleasing and safe for our customers and employees. Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Physically capable of operating drivable floor cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
• Able to be on feet walking, bending, pushing/pulling, kneeling for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and disinfecting the interior of building areas, including restrooms.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Monitor for and report any unsafe conditions.
• Assist with other duties assigned.
• Lawn maintenance.
• Snow shoveling.
• Light maintenance duties.
