We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes real pride in their work to join our team as a Janitorial Team Member. In this essential hands-on role, you'll maintain our state-of-the-art aviation, space, and defense environment through daily janitorial and cleaning responsibilities. Your dedication ensures that our offices, labs, and production areas remain pristine and safe for all employees.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum (due to ITAR requirements).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable sitting and standing frequently throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial or professional cleaning experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor Care: Mopping, sweeping, and maintaining clean, polished floors throughout the facility.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash receptacles and keeping all areas tidy and free of debris.
• Fixture Maintenance: Clean, polish, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a professional appearance.
• Surface Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions; dust furniture, walls, machines, and other surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
• Area Servicing: Thoroughly cleaning offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Safety & Compliance: Safely handling chemical spills and rigorously following strict safety protocols.
• Event Preparation: Preparing meeting rooms, labs, and event spaces for seamless use.
• Exterior Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, such as walkways and parking lots, as needed.
• Operational Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall facility operations.
