Maintain and repair electrical components of facilities equipment and systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including inspections and coordination with contractors. Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E; follow all safety protocols including LOTO. Interpret electrical one-line diagrams and perform feeder switching on redundant switchboards. Respond promptly to system failures and alarms, restoring equipment functionality and ensuring system reliability. Monitor abnormal system behavior and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve performance. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, testing, calibration, and equipment performance. Conduct detailed preventive maintenance on complex facilities equipment using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
