Requirements

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong knowledge of facility engineering principles, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
• Solid work ethic with a focus on productivity, reliability, and safety.
• Experience with procurement of goods and services including vendor relationships.
• Positive, driven and successful professionals with a team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Play an active, hands-on role in both leadership and execution, ensuring that the facilities run smoothly while upholding safety and operational excellence.
• Oversee, manage, and ensure proper staffing, safety, and maintenance of a multi-location luxury automotive dealership group.
• Develop, direct, and mentor a facilities team to establish efficient and preventative maintenance practices for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Work closely with department heads, providing clear and timely follow-up on repair tasks, preventative maintenance recommendations, and ongoing projects with minimal disruptions to dealership operations.
