About The Position

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Cleans/maintains areas as specified in custodian’s schedule. Areas include but are not limited to conference rooms, lobby/reception area, restrooms, break rooms, customer lounge and lounge bathroom. Wipes down all door handles in all areas including the entrance doors, all tables and chairs, sinks, countertops, all touch points in stairwells, water fountains, restrooms, and classrooms, etc. Sweeps all entrances, stairwells, kitchens/breakrooms, bathrooms, etc. Sweeps all rugs to ensure they are free from debris or dirt, cleans broom throughout the shift. Empties all trash receptacles. Cleans all bathrooms, kitchens, and locker rooms. Ensures all soap and paper products are filled daily. Stocks soap and paper products as needed. Cleans all glass partitions; disinfects and wipes down all elevators periodically throughout the shift. Dusts all wood door frames. Wipes down all other door frames. Maintains acceptable levels of janitorial supplies and maintains janitorial closets. Performs other duties as assigned.
