Custodian - 2nd Shift
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support cleanliness and sanitation in our manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, organized, and professional environment for our team. The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining break areas and common areas throughout the facility during their assigned shift. This position ensures a clean, sanitary, and safe workplace environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize break rooms and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Sweep, mop, and maintain floors Wipe down tables, counters, appliances, and high-touch surfaces Restock paper products and soap supplies Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and reach regularly If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized and enjoy contributing to a team-focused environment, we encourage you to apply!
