What this job involves: Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning and provide facility-specific support to project management teams Manage facility management tasks with emphasis on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance monitoring Coordinate maintenance activities within GMP-controlled environments and provide continuous monitoring of facility for environmental conditions, cleanliness standards, and regulatory compliance Manage vendor relationships for soft services including pest control, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and catering services, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and documentation requirements Coordinate with property managers on routine operations, procurement of supplies and services, and escort vendors while ensuring adherence to safety protocols Perform vehicle and equipment logistics coordination and act as interface with clients, visitors and guests Monitor and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data entry and work order management Provide direction to vendors, facilities staff and service providers to ensure excellent coordination with minimal disruption

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Facility or Property Administration, preferably in GMP or regulated environments
  • Experience with vendor management, particularly in soft services such as pest control, cleaning, and landscaping
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
  • Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance management systems
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
