About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and support the Integrated Facility Management group. This position involves ensuring consistent, client-focused service delivery at a 4 million square foot campus. The role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after a 90-day period.

Requirements

  • Capability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and working without direct supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Corrigo software.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, property management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and service providers.
  • Coordinate special events and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
  • Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve unique situations with professionalism.
  • Ensure delivery of committed services and overall client satisfaction.
  • Understand applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and help the team achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with building service issues, including janitorial, food service, and landscaping.
  • Receive and dispatch work requests, maintaining accountability for deliverables.
  • Maintain records and provide support for operational audits.
  • Collaborate with facility management and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Assist with tactical planning and site inspections.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor performance, including tracking work order completion and resolving invoicing issues.
  • Assist with budgetary requests, financial analysis, reporting, and purchasing.
