We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and services on building components and systems for offices, R&D laboratories, and a BMP manufacturing facility. Working COP - B shift (rotating days).

Requirements

  • Technical trade training or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Facilities Maintenance related experience
  • Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and pract i ces
  • Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals , and other written materials associated with trade .
  • Massachusetts State Grade 2 Wastewater Licens e must be obtained within one year of employment
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
  • Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.)
  • Ensure timely completion of all p/m's and work orders in your area of responsibility.
  • Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
  • Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
  • Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
  • Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
