About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations and provide essential administrative support. This role ensures our facility remains compliant, safe, and efficient for patients and staff alike. 🕒 Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Status: Full-Time (80 hours per two-week pay period)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2–5 years of office support or project management experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule all facility maintenance, including fire and life safety drills and regulatory testing required by Federal, State, and local authorities.
  • Coordinate scheduled Environmental Services (EVS) routines across PSS, CSS, ESA, and SDA departments, serving as the primary point of contact for external contractors.
  • Document all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and proactively resolve any identified issues.
  • Maintain all records, policies, and procedures to ensure 100% compliance with CMS standards for emergency management, life safety, and the Environment of Care (EOC).
  • Manage documentation for all construction, renovation, and maintenance projects to meet the standards of all governing jurisdictions.
