Facilities Coordinator (Part Time)
About The Position

As a leading innovator in cybersecurity and identity threat protection, SpyCloud is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations of its Austin headquarters. Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a facilities, office management, or operations support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace); experience with facilities or ticketing tools a plus
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and manage physically active tasks (e.g., moving office equipment)
- A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to solving workplace issues
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment preferred

Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for all office-related matters including repairs, vendors, supplies, and space planning
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Maintain and stock inventory of office supplies, kitchen items (daily), and other workplace essentials
- Manage office lunch programs, employee milestones and birthday gift ordering, and new hire and anniversary swag.
- Assist in onboarding process for new hires (first day email, office tour, swag box)
- Assist in space planning and office moves as the company grows
- Support employee desk assignments and seating arrangements in a hybrid remote/in person environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping logistics, and package deliveries
- Liaise with building management and third-party vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Track facilities-related expenses, issue purchase orders, and support budgeting processes
- Enforce office safety procedures and lead initiatives to maintain compliance with local regulations
- Support emergency preparedness protocols, including fire drills and first aid station upkeep
- Partner with HR and other departments to help plan company events, employee engagement initiatives, and on-site gatherings
- Ensure the workplace reflects SpyCloud’s values and is a positive, inclusive space
