About The Position

This is a part time temporary role. The Facilities Coordinator supports daily office operations, cleanliness, meeting readiness, and package management to ensure a smooth onsite experience for employees and visitors. This role is required to be in office 4 days of the week, Monday - Thursday 8:30AM-2PM.

Requirements

  • Maintain visibility and responsiveness during peak hours.
  • Prioritize visitor experience and workspace cleanliness.
  • Communicate proactively if supplies are low or issues arise.
  • Escalate facilities or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 40lb

Responsibilities

  • Restocking amenities
  • Daily inventory
  • Collecting and distributing packages
  • Light cleaning of interior spaces including but not limited to kitchen areas, interior glass, workstations and common areas
  • Set up furniture and equipment for onsite meetings. May include moving tables, chairs, rolling TVs, whiteboards etc.
  • Maintain the furniture layout and distribution as designated by the office floorplan.
  • Trash collection, breaking down recycling cardboard boxes.
  • Responding to the doorbell as needed.
  • Ad hoc coverage of reception desk as needed.
