About The Position

The position has the day-to-day responsibilities for ensuring all of the Council's properties and facilities meet all safety, statutory, regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field required.
• Two years of experience working in facilities, safety program, or property management is required.
• Comparable education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must have working knowledge of local, state, and federal building and licensing codes and regulations.
