About The Position

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will be at the heart of our building operations, providing essential facility management services that ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone. This role centers on proactively monitoring our facilities, coordinating with property managers, and serving as a reliable and professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards by managing everything from property supplies and maintenance activities to supporting special events, contributing directly to JLL's commitment to operational excellence and superior client service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration.
  • Superior customer service skills with a strong and professional client orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the capability to create and customize administrative reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage work effectively under time constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide continuous monitoring of office and facility operations to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Manage vehicle and equipment logistics, escort vendors, and provide direction to service providers.
  • Support special events, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
  • Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests, delivering superior customer service.
  • Procure property supplies and services while managing small facility management tasks as assigned.
