Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities administration or maintenance coordination; hospitality or resort experience preferred
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, train others, and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Physically able to navigate the property, work in both office and field settings, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, or construction documentation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the CMMS system, including creating, assigning, and tracking work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all major systems, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Support vendor and contractor activities by scheduling services, maintaining records, and coordinating site access
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining maintenance logs, equipment inventories, and assisting with procurement and purchase orders
  • Act as a liaison between departments, communicating updates on maintenance requests, project status, and team activities
  • Support compliance and safety efforts by maintaining inspection records, permits, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and company standards
