The facilities coordinator works is responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds. Under this role you will support the scheduled maintenance vendors, spontaneous office requests, future planning, and upkeep of the Plymouth and Elk River facilities. This role offers a combination of hands on with minor maintenance, the ability to understand the problem and direct vendors, up to documentation processes, and ability to obtain and communicate deadlines. This role you should have basic understanding of Office environment and functions Work with hand tools Basic understanding of Microsoft Office platforms Organizational strategy Irrigation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and construction functionality Ability to accept spontaneous requests and restructure priorities Safety orientated Self-motivated and next step mentality Food Safety Requirements Adhere to food safety standards to ensure a safe operating environment
