Primary Responsibilities: As a Facilities Coordinator, you would work closely with the Facilities and Real Estate team to support and execute daily functions to ensure all locations meet Cerity Partners standards. Overall, this role will assist senior Facilities management to focus on strategic planning, office projects, and vendor management. Ensures that space data and floor plans remain current, supporting data-driven decisions for space utilization and real estate planning. Faster response to requests and smoother move coordination to enhance colleague satisfaction and productivity.
