About The Position

The Facility Officer will manage all products and services related to the buildings within EVS (purchasing, planning, budget…) and support offices abroad. The technical services will include general maintenance, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, security, environmental matters, safety, catering, and cleaning. The Facility Officer should be willing to travel within Europe when his responsibilities evolve.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility/ drawing/ technical or any related field
• Driving license (B)
• Ability to use Illustrator
• Assist with electricity maintenance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent in French
• Knowledge in English
• Teamwork spirit
• Creative mind
• Well-organized
• Attention to details
• Communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of HVAC is an asset
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset

Responsibilities

• Keeping plan updated (Offices and HQ)
• Drawing new plans for Projects (remodeling current offices, designing new offices, etc.)
• Following service requests and projects in their perimeter
• Ensuring operational tasks for building maintenance (support to Level II)
• Working within established procedures and standards
• Participating in internal moves and new offices
• Proposing updates and improvements in their perimeter
• Collaborating with sub-contractors in their responsibility perimeter
• Maintaining cross-department relationships
