About The Position

The Facility Coordinator II is responsible for general maintenance and equipment repair at an advanced level for the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network to include multiple facilities including Robertson, Wilshire, La Cienega, Cedars-Towers and other sites as required.

Responsibilities

Provides building maintenance and repair to include:
HVAC system monitoring and repair;
Plumbing maintenance and drain repair;
Electrical and lighting system repair;
Furniture and office equipment repair;
Wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc.
Coordinates and schedules contractors' services when scope of work requires outside services.
Performs necessary project coordination and supervision when tenant improvement projects are undertaken.
Assists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage.
Provides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services.
Coordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events.
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
